Subprocessors
Last updated: 12 July 2026
To operate this marketing website at sautera.com and respond to enquiries, SAUTERA LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company uses a small number of third-party service providers (“subprocessors”). We keep this list current and in step with our Privacy Policy. Each provider processes data only as needed for the purpose shown, under its own data-protection commitments.
This list covers the marketing website only. The SAUTERA product portal operates on separately governed infrastructure with its own subprocessor disclosures, provided under the agreement presented at sign-up.
| Subprocessor | Purpose | Data processed | Location |
|---|---|---|---|
| Amazon Web Services, Inc. (AWS) | Hosting & content delivery (CloudFront CDN, S3 static hosting) | Standard request metadata (IP address, browser type) processed to deliver and secure the site | United States |
| Google LLC | Website analytics (Google Analytics 4) | Pseudonymous usage data — page paths, referrer, approximate location from IP, device/browser; sets _ga / _ga_* cookies | United States |
| Microsoft Corporation | Demo / contact form intake & email routing (Microsoft 365 Graph) | The details you submit in the demo / contact form (name, work email, company, fleet size, interest, message) | United States / EU |
| Cloudflare, Inc. | Bot and abuse mitigation on forms (Turnstile) — when enabled | Challenge and interaction signals used to distinguish humans from automated abuse; no form content | United States |
Changes to this list
As our tooling evolves we may add or replace a subprocessor. Material changes are reflected by a new version number and “last updated” date on this page. Business customers under contract can request advance notice of subprocessor changes as part of a Data Processing Agreement.
